DISPATCH INFORMATION
We try to dispatch your order as soon as possible but it may take between 1 to 3 business days to be dispatched as most of our products are individually handmade to order.

We are always open for urgent order requests so feel free to drop us a message and we will try our best to get the order to you sooner

Delivery Information

UNITED KINGDOM
We use Evri and Royal Mail as our primary carriers for deliveries across the UK. An alternative shipper may be used in exceptional cases such as postal strikes or other postal delays.

Tracking information will be provided upon placing an order, and for fully tracked carriers UniqueWick will send updates of the delivery via email. 

UNITED STATES
We use Royal Mail for deliveries to the USA. The parcels are passed on to USPS upon arriving to the USA, so there may be limited tracking information but feel free to contact us directly for updates.

Shipping Issues & Delays

SHIPPING ISSUES
While majority of deliveries arrive on time and without problems, should you experience a delay in delivery or any other issue, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you. 

In the rare case of item being lost by the shipper we handle all communication and claims with the shipper directly and a replacement or a refund will be issued if the shipper is unable to resolve the issue.
